Rhoback Donates Face Masks to American Humane

The clothing company donated 100 double-layer masks to ensure the animal welfare non-profit continues its essential operations.

WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, June 17, 2020 — Rhoback, a fashion brand known for its activity-ready clothes, donated 100 double-layer face masks to American Humane, the country’s first national humane organization.

“Rhoback’s consistent support over the years has enabled American Humane to save the lives of animals and veterans,” said Robin Ganzert, president and CEO of American Humane. “During fraught times, we rely on partners like Rhoback to continue our essential operations.”

Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, American Humane has continued its lifesaving and lifechanging programs in a scaled-down, responsible and safe manner. The Pups4PatriotsTM program, which trains service dogs for veterans diagnosed with PTS and TBI, has continued its crucial work with accommodations to protect veterans, dogs and trainers. Rhoback is a longtime supporter of the Pups4PatriotsTM program.

Rhoback’s “Victory Mask” is a double-layer face mask made with organic cotton and quick-drying polyester. The black mask sports an American Humane and an interior insert for disposable filters. The company has been manufacturing and selling masks at cost.

“We have continued our work building a more humane world during this pandemic,” said Dr. Ganzert. “With the help of Rhoback, our nation’s dogs and veterans will continue to have an ally in their corner.”
