Who will be Crowned the 2020 American Hero Dog?

Seven courageous canines have made it to the finals of the 2020 Hero Dog Awards competition, and now, it’s the moment we have all been waiting for when one special pup will receive the coveted 2020 American Hero Dog title!

The American Humane Hero Dog Awards®, every animal-lover’s favorite event of the year, is returning to Hallmark Channel on Monday, October 19 at 8 PM ET/7 PM CT with a special two-hour 10th anniversary celebration of the awards. Hosted by Emmy-winning television star Carson Kressley, and including appearances by celebrities Kristin Chenoweth, Vivica A. Fox, Naomi Judd, Ariel Winter, Marcus Scribner and many more, this star-studded affair is a must-see!

Many of us have a four-legged friend whose bravery often goes unrecognized. On October 19, let’s all come together to celebrate these unsung heroes who are also our best friends – our dogs. As we all remain isolated during these strange, unprecedented times, this momentous occasion will be a much-needed celebration of joy, hope and courage.

So, we hope you will cuddle up with your favorite pooch and join us on Hallmark Channel on October 19 at 8 PM ET/7 PM CT.
